Calvin Beisner, Cornwall Alliance, Gregory Wrightstone, Gregory Wrightstone, geologist who has been investigating the Earth’s processes for more than 35 years. Gregory Wrightstone is the author of the newly published book Inconvenient Facts: The Science That Al Gore Doesn’t Want You to Know. European witch hunts of the 15th to 17th centuries targeted "witches" who were thought to be responsible for epidemics and crop failures related to declining temperatures of the Little Ice Age. A belief that evil humans were negatively affecting the climate and weather patterns was the “consensus” opinion of that time. How eerily similar is that notion to the current oft-repeated mantra that Man’s actions are controlling the climate and leading to catastrophic consequences?

Rob Quinn, Newser: A recent United Nations report warned that the world had just a dozen years left to avoid some of the most catastrophic effects of climate change. A new study suggests that assessment was far too optimistic. Researchers using a new method to calculate the amount of heat absorbed by the world's oceans say the buildup of heat over the last 25 years is 60% higher than previous estimates, meaning the world is warming significantly faster than expected, the BBC reports. While we have just learned that the oceans have warmed so much that the world is going to have catastrophic climate change, see photos added to article of what some people are doing to deal with this crisis. How many will stop dead in their tracks to stop using fossil fuels? Can the world be saved?

Michael Shellenberger, Founder - President of Environmental Progress: We are writing as scientists, scholars, and concerned citizens to warn you of a persistent anti-nuclear bias in the recent Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report on keeping global temperatures from rising 1.5 degrees above pre-industrial levels.

Jay Lehr, Ph.D. Science Director at The Heartland Institute, Tom Harris, executive director of the Ottawa, Canada-based International Climate Science Coalition: Although his science is often seriously wrong, no one can deny that Al Gore has a flare for the dramatic. Speaking about climate change in an October 12, 2018 PBS interview, the former vice-president proclaimed, “We have a global emergency.” Referring to the most recent UN climate report, Gore claimed it showed that current global warming “could actually extend to an existential threat to human civilization on this planet as we know it.” Now children are increasingly depressed about their future, thanks to the constant barrage of global warming propaganda that they receive at school. Photos tell what it is really like.
